Darlene Crowder will join Foss Maritime in early August as the company’s Vice President for Human Resources. She will be based at the company’s corporate office in Seattle.
Crowder brings over 25 years of experience to the position, having worked extensively in human resources throughout the Seattle area.
Previously the top human resources leader at Swedish Medical Group, Crowder oversaw the complete restructuring of all human resources processes, positions and technology platforms during a business affiliation between Providence Health & Services and Swedish Health Services.
Crowder is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources and has an Accelerated Implementation Methodology Accreditation. A member of the National Society for Human Resource Management as well as the organization’s Seattle chapter, she has worked for several Seattle-area companies and has provided human resources expertise to private employers as an independent consultant.
