Video: 'Reckless' captain blamed for Bounty sinking

The NTSB report on the October 2012 sinking of the tall ship Bounty was released on Monday. The report said the probable cause of the fatal sinking was Bounty Capt. Robin Walbridge's "reckless decision to sail ... into the well-forecast path of Hurricane Sandy."
