2021- 222 WorkBoat Power Guide/ Diesel Directory

The WorkBoat Power Guide/ Diesel Directory is here, and it contains more than a dozen manufacturer’s lists of engines for the U.S. marine market.

In spite of the strong demand for electric power propulsion systems, diesel engines are still king in the marine industry. Engine companies are complying with environmental regulations established by the EPA and the International Maritime Organization (IMO) by introducing new compliant engines to the market.

The majority of the information found in this directory comes directly from the engine manufacturers, and some from engine company websites. It’s a true, no frills listing of each company’s engines and includes information such as Gear, Bore x Stroke, Dimensions (L-W-H), weight, and Horsepower and RPMs (high output, medium duty, continuous duty). Our expert editorial team pulls this information together, so you don’t have to!
