Teledyne Technologies Inc., Thousand Oaks, Calif., announced on July 1 that the company has acquired the Maretron brand and product lines from Littelfuse Inc. The transaction includes Maretron’s Octoplex, MPower, and MConnect lines, as well as its Florida office.

The acquisition will be integrated into Teledyne’s Raymarine business, which serves the marine electronics sector. According to Teledyne, Maretron’s trade name and product lines will be retained.

"One of our strategic pillars is to provide customers with the best integration options in the industry, and Maretron strengthens our offering to the market," said Grégoire Outters, vice president and general manager of Teledyne FLIR Maritime and Raymarine. "By incorporating Maretron’s award-winning products into the Raymarine portfolio, we will create a better experience for our customers."

Maretron develops vessel monitoring and control systems for boatbuilders and system integrators. The Teledyne statement highlighted the acquisition as Teledyne’s eleventh corporate carve-out and the second completed in 2025.
