On Nov. 12, Damen Shipyards in Galati, Romania, launched a new 28.9 meter Azimuth Stern Drive (ASD) tugboat. The vessel is scheduled for delivery to towing outfit SAAM SMIT in early 2016, and will enter service in Panama.
