Video: Coast Guard rescue swimmer lowered onto deck of fast moving boat

In this video, Chief Petty Officer Joel M. Sayers, an aviation survival technician from Coast Guard Air Station Astoria, is lowered from an MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter onto the deck of a 47' Motor Lifeboat outside the Columbia River Bar entrance, June 20, 2014. Sayers was lowered to assist the MLB crew from Coast Guard Station Cape Disappointment in their efforts to resuscitate a man who was rescued from a capsized vessel.
