On June 11 (GMT), HamiltonJet, a global leader in waterjet propulsion technology, announced the launch of its new 3+3-Year Comprehensive Warranty Programme, reinforcing its commitment to long-term reliability, service excellence, and customer assurance in demanding marine environments.

Effective from 1 January 2025, all new HamiltonJet waterjets, control systems and installation hardware will be covered by a standard factory warranty of 48 months from shipment or 36 months from commissioning – whichever comes first. Customers also have the option to extend this coverage by up to three additional years through a structured HamiltonJet Service Agreement, resulting in up to six years of full parts and labour protection.

The extended coverage is available to owners and operators who elect to enter into a Service Agreement within 90 days of commissioning, with options for one, two or three additional years of warranty depending on the length of the agreement.

The 3+3 Warranty Programme formalises HamiltonJet’s long-standing tradition of post-delivery support and delivers significant value to vessel owners, fleet operators, and commercial service providers. It offers robust protection during the critical early years of operation – when most technical issues are likely to surface – and provides a key competitive advantage in procurement or charter proposals. The programme is backed by HamiltonJet’s global network of distributors and service partners, ensuring responsive support and fast turnaround wherever vessels are deployed.
