Guice Offshore, Covington, La., has added the multi-purpose vessel GO Searcher back into its fleet, increasing the company’s owned vessel count to 19.

The 170'x36'x12' GO Searcher is a DP1-equipped vessel powered by twin Caterpillar 3508B engines, with a helipad and dual Subchapter L and Subchapter I certification. The vessel is also approved for international operations, according to the company.

Guice Offshore said the vessel has supported aerospace-related operations since 2014 and is currently configured for aerospace recovery programs, military and government missions, and commercial offshore projects.

The vessel is outfitted with a man-rated stern A-frame for aerospace and rigid-hulled inflatable boat launch and recovery operations, an integrated rail transfer system, heavy-duty winches, a covered recovery work area, and onboard accommodations.

“With her dedicated helipad and integrated command and control features, the GO Searcher presents the most capable maritime platform on the market today for versatile drone aviation and ASV/USV autonomous ops,” Guice Offshore partner Billy Guice said in a statement. “This vessel can operate in a broad spectrum of water depth and distance from shore, and access most ports.

GO Searcher is expected to be available for charter in late summer 2026.
