VT Halter Marine has promoted four executives and hired a new senior vice president.

Rick Zubic has been named executive vice president, shipbuilding, with responsibility for sales, business development, estimating, and program management. A 42-year veteran of the shipbuilding industry, he has been with VT Halter Marine for 19 years and previously served as vice president, sales and marketing.

Replacing Zubic as vice president of sales and marketing is Harry Bell, who joined VT Halter Marine in 2014 as director of sales and marketing for repair and conversion, bringing with him more than 40 years experience in the shipbuilding and ship repair business.

Rob Mullins, a second-generation employee of VT Halter Marine has been promoted to senior vice president of strategy and estimating. Mullins was previously the vice president of program management and estimating. Pawan Agrawal, who has spent 20 years with VT Halter Marine and its affiliate ST Marine, has been promoted to vice president of repair from director of corporate development.

Finally, Phil Adams has joined VT Halter Marine as senior vice president, chief compliance officer, and facility security officer. He comes to the company after more than 30 years of service to the federal government.
