Video: Bulk carrier stuck in the ice on the St. Clair River

In this video, Canadian and U.S. Coast Guard work to free the bulk carrier Herbert C. Jackson that was stuck in the ice near Algonac, Mich.  The vessel was one of five freighters that became trapped in the icy waters of the St. Clair River this weekend.
