Subsalve USA designs and manufactures standard and custom underwater lift bags and flotation systems, providing the maritime industry with numerous products that support vessel salvage, underwater construction, pipeline & cable construction, and more.

“Our products are ultimately all about making things work simpler and better for our customers,” Judi O’Donnell, the company's marketing and tradeshow manager, said from the floor of Underwater Intervention (UI) at the International WorkBoat Show on Friday in New Orleans. “We often start with a question."

Subsalve and its affiliate AEF have a number of standard products, many of which were showcased at the UI pavilion.

The Subsalve product line is comprised of open and enclosed lift bags from 25 lbs. to 50 tons, vehicle recovery systems, water load test bags, inflat-a-tanks, pipe pluggers, Fend-Air, Mark V/Orca and more.

The company's liquid containment options and buoyancy inflatables can be utilized for multiple purposes, including berm liners, air cushion vehicle skirts, as water load testing bags, and underwater ordnance disposal systems.

O’Donnell was at the Subsalve booth to talk through all of these options with attendees. She mentioned the specific projects that attendees wanted to explore based on products that Subsalve had on display, including the EFB-1000 and twin tube cable float. Those specifics make all the difference to anyone exploring what products are going to make sense for their project or workflow.
