We have an immediate opening with our California-based fleet. Responsibilities include ensuring vessel readiness and safety while planning and executing shipyard and maintenance projects.

(Will consider applicants for Oakland or San Pedro, CA)        

Responsible for:

- troubleshooting and diagnosing routine repair and unique problems that might prevent vessel readiness and safety. - planning and executing complex shipyard and major maintenance projects

- ensuring vessel regulatory compliance

- setting and monitoring vessel operating budgets

- other tasks as assigned

Education and/or experience:

- B.S. Marine Engineering, Maritime Academy Graduate, or 10 years in a related field.

- Seagoing experience preferred but not required.
