Performance Inflatables Co. LLC has acquired AERÉ Marine Group.
AERÉ Marine will remain at its location in Coral Springs, Fla., to continue to service the global boating and yachting market.
AERÉ supplies inflatable fenders, fenda-sox covers and a variety of inflatable dock, mooring and platform products.

Performance Inflatables is a manufacturer and provider of marine solutions for commercial and military customers based on high performance fabric technologies, creating highly engineered inflatable products for every environment. The key operating companies of Subsalve USA and AEF have globally recognized positions including buoyancy solutions, water load testing, pneumatic lifting, agile liquid logistics solutions, and the skirts for the U.S. fleet of air cushion vehicles.
