Gasfin has requested authorization to export LNG from domestic sources by vessel in a volume equivalent to approximately 74 Bcf/yr of natural gas to any country with which the U.S. does not have a free trade agreement requiring national treatment for trade in natural gas, and with which trade is not prohibited by U.S. law or policy.
Comments on the application must be received by Sept. 29.
