Fluid Marine, Franklinton, N.C., has named J. Charles Herbert as the company’s regional sales manager. The boatbuilder builds high-performance rigid inflatable boats for commercial operators, government agencies, and law enforcement customers.
Herbert brings more than 20 years of marine industry experience to the role, where he will oversee regional sales strategies, distribution channel growth, and support for key accounts across commercial, municipal, and public safety sectors.
According to the company, Herbert will also focus on expanding Fluid Marine’s reach among first responders and government agencies seeking patrol, rescue, and specialty-response vessels.
“Returning to the commercial and law enforcement segment is both exciting and meaningful,” Herbert said. “I look forward to contributing to the company’s growth and delivering solutions that perform in the most demanding environments.”
