DLS Marine, Metairie, La., has joined The McLean Group, Tysons Corner, Va., bringing its marine survey and appraisal services together with the group’s business valuation, financial consulting and investment banking capabilities.
The move builds on a relationship developed over years of working together, DLS Marine said in a LinkedIn announcement. The company said the combination expands the resources and expertise available to its maritime clients.
DLS Marine will continue providing marine survey and appraisal services with its existing team, supported by The McLean Group’s resources.
Financial terms and details of the transaction were not disclosed in the announcement.
