Grounded tug, barge off Atlantic City

The tugboat Miss Katie and a barge carrying equipment to a New Jersey dredging job ran aground on the beach near Atlantic City on Feb. 20. Here, crews work to refloat the vessels, which were successfully freed on Feb. 21.
