We are a growing marine engineering business specializing in marine turbocharger services and technical support. We are currently seeking an experienced Independent Sales Agent or Sales Team to represent our company across all major ports in the United States, as we expand into new territory.

We are a growing marine engineering business specializing in marine turbocharger services and technical support. We are currently seeking an experienced Independent Sales Agent or Sales Team to represent our company across all major ports in the United States, as we expand into new territory.

The Opportunity

This is a commission-only role for a motivated sales professional who understands the marine industry and can build strong working relationships with key decision-makers.

We are looking for an agent/team who can:

 Introduce our services to their own client base and leads
Work with company-supplied leads as well to grow sales opportunities

Target Customers

You will be selling directly to maritime decision-makers including:

·         Ship Managers

·         Technical Managers

·         Vessel Managers

·         Marine Superintendents

·         Fleet / Operations Managers

·         Maintenance teams responsible for engine and turbocharger servicing

Services Offered

Your role will be to promote and sell our full range of turbocharger support services, including:

·         Full range of turbocharger spare parts and services

·         Turbocharger overhaul/scheduled maintenance

·         Turbocharger breakdown/emergency assistance

·         Exchange units

·         Turbocharger repair

·         Parts supply

·         24/7 support

·         Port attendance / on-site assistance

·         Technical support 24/7

Key Responsibilities

·         Develop new business and expand relationships across US ports

·         Contact and visit ship management companies and vessel operators

·         Arrange meetings and follow up with technical decision-makers

·         Generate service opportunities, quotations, and repeat business

·         Maintain strong customer relationships with regular communication and visits

Important: Customer Visits & Travel

This role requires face-to-face customer contact and visits to clients as needed.
Travel costs are expected to be covered within the agent’s commission structure (commission fee includes travel/time).

Ideal Candidate / Team

·         USA Resident OR main business area of speciality

·         Proven success in marine engineering / maritime technical sales

·         Strong network with ship managers, vessel operators, or fleet maintenance teams

·         Marine experience preferred, with engine/mechanical background a major advantage

·         Confident working independently and delivering results

·         Professional communication and long-term relationship-building approach
