We have competitive wages with annual raises and a benefits package which includes medical, dental, and vision insurance; with all monthly premiums paid by the company. Our crews consist on 14 employees on a vessel who rotate 30 days on and 15 days off with a 10-month sailing season from March 15th through January 15th. Cooks receive a day rate based on a 12-hour work day, and must possess a valid Servsafe certificate.
