SALES REPRESENTATIVE

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team at our Neenah, WI facility.

The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of the marine industry at the OEM manufacturer, distributor, dealer, and retail levels. They will be responsible for developing new sales areas by identifying potential customers, establishing connections, and cultivating business relationships while introducing products and providing technical support for the ever-growing list of items offered by Custom Marine.

Key Responsibilities

·         Direct sales of Custom Marine products to both current and potential customers. Opportunities include boat builders, dealers, and marine distributors along with various other potentials outside of the marine industry.

·         Develop new sales areas by identifying potential customers, establishing connections, and cultivating business relationships.

·         Introduce products and provide technical support for the ever-growing list of items offered by Custom Marine.

·         Participate in product research, design, and development.

·         Serve as a liaison for new customers and projects from design to delivery, by collaborating with internal team and managing timelines to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded.

·         Research and follow the latest in industry trends, both local and international, and create new opportunities for viable income streams.

·         Travel and participation in industry trade shows required.

·         Experience and Skills Required

·         Extensive knowledge of the marine industry at the OEM manufacturer, distributor, dealer, and retail levels.

·         Must have excellent communication skills and a proven track record of sales growth while developing and maintaining customer relationships.

·         Strong mechanical aptitude required, experience regarding marine engine components and rigging skills a plus.

·         Ability to prospect and create opportunities for revenue growth outside of the marine industry.

·         Minimum three years’ experience managing a sales territory and moderate computer skills.

·         Ensure compliance with laws on safety and environment.

WELDER/FABRICATOR

We currently have an opportunity for 2nd shift TIG/MIG Stainless Steel and Aluminum Welder/ Fabricator to work in our Neenah, WI facility.

·         Clean, safe work environment

·         $23.18/ $30.30 hour – based on experience

·         2nd Shift

·         2nd Shift Premium Pay - $4.00/hour

Position Summary:

·         Experience MIG and TIG Welding Stainless Steel, Aluminum and other metals to deliver a quality weld that is also aesthetically pleasing.

·         Ability to “Walk the Cup” and be familiar with using hard automation such as plasma weld-around.

·         Fabricate and assemble components and parts - Measure, cut, grind and shape components using varies tools.

·         Ability to read, understand and work from blueprints, layouts, and other types of work orders/instructions.

·         Ability to follow Quality assurance procedures and processes.

·         Meet and maintain quality and performance expectations, including productivity, efficiency, and time management, all while maintaining a high-level attention to detail.

·         Good communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.

·         Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.

·         Willingness to take on additional responsibilities and tasks as directed by management.

·         Other duties may be assigned to accommodate the needs of the company and/or shop.

CNC MACHINIST

We currently have an opportunity for a 2nd Shift CNC Machinist to work in our Neenah, WI facility.

·         Clean, safe work environment

·         $23.18 / $30.30 hour – based on experience

·         2nd shift position

·         2nd shift premium pay - $4.00/hour extra

·         Candidate must have the following qualifications:

·         Experience operating CNC Vertical and Horizontal Mills such as Doosan and Haas.

·         Ability to program Mills by entering instructions, including zero and reference points, setting tool registers, offsets, compensation and proving part programs is a plus.

·         Knowledge of programming Mills using MasterCam is a definite plus

·         Sound knowledge of blueprint reading and understanding specifications and tolerances

·         Ability to follow Quality assurance procedures and processes

·         Good communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.

·         Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations
