WorkBoat names its top 10 boats of 2013

Awards for WorkBoat magazine’s 10 Significant Boats of 2013 were given out on Wednesday at the International WorkBoat Show. New Orleans-based Harvey Gulf International Marine led the way with awards for two boats.
