Gas Natural Andalucia, a subsidiary of Gas Natural, has said that it will invest E5.5 million to bring natural gas supplies to Lucena, a town in southern Spain.
The gas company, which has invested almost an E1 million in the district on the construction of a distribution network of over 13km, plans to spend a further E4 million over the next four years.
Gas Natural Andalucia has installed networks in streets including Luis Alberto Cuenca, Ronda del Valle, Vicente Munoz, Juan Castro, Navas, Federico Garcia Lorca, Paseo del Parque, Peso, Plaza Nueva, San Francisco, Viana and Huerta.
The company has said that the work is expected to begin on installing gas networks in other streets including Francisco de Paula, Avenida de la Guardia Civil, Miguel Cruz Cuenca, Baena, Rio Guadalquivir, Sevilla, Huelva, Cordoba and Juan Jimenez Cuenca.
