NEW ORLEANS – Here on the International WorkBoat Show floor, U.S. Ambassador to Nigeria Terrence McCulley led a delegation of 30 Nigerian business people who were at the show to look for business partners to build vessels. While the African country might not immediately come to mind as a land of opportunity, McCulley pointed out that it’s a nation of 180 million people and with a significant economy.
