Greg Black, director of the
Government Business Solutions division, has been promoted to Senior Vice
President of
WR Systems Ltd. The Government Business Solutions
division provides end-to-end technology solutions, the company says, and
professional, program, and project management support services for state and
local governments.
Black has over 30 years of
experience in federal and private sector weapon system program management. He
served in the U.S. Air Force and after completion of his military duty,
entered the federal civil service as an engineer with the Naval Space Command,
performing several functions including program manager for the Relocatable
Over-the-Horizon Radar program. He joined WR Systems in 1997 and holds a bachelor
of science degree in engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.

Edwards, in a company press release. “Greg has demonstrated his professionalism
and talent in capturing key personnel and loyal customers as well as managing a
